USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand flat rate shipping £30 – free shipping orders over £200.

UK and Islands (excluding Northern Ireland) £5 – free shipping orders over £40.

Returns

You have 7 days from receipt, to notify the seller of any faults with your purchase and if you wish to return your order or exchange an item. The buyer pays for return postage.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; instances where the seal is broken; on the artwork protection, Earrings because of hygiene regulations

Additional Terms

Please check with your countries import policies before ordering. Some countries may not allow import of items made from wool/ leather and other textiles.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may occur.
